Terms of Service
These Terms of Service apply to YT-Tools, a private personal YouTube automation and analytics project operated by Timothy McCollim.
Purpose and availability
YT-Tools is not a public software-as-a-service offering and is not made generally available to third-party users. It is operated for the owner's personal workflows involving authorized Google and YouTube accounts and data.
Authorized use
YT-Tools may only access Google or YouTube data after authorization by the applicable account owner. Access must be used only for legitimate project functionality and in accordance with applicable Google and YouTube terms and policies.
Google and YouTube services
YT-Tools depends on third-party APIs and services provided by Google, YouTube, GitHub, and other infrastructure providers. Those services may change, become unavailable, impose quota limits, or require reauthorization without notice from YT-Tools.
No warranty
YT-Tools is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. No guarantee is made that data will always be complete, current, uninterrupted, or error-free.
Limitation of responsibility
The project owner is responsible for reviewing automation behavior, maintaining authorization, protecting credentials, and verifying important data or actions before relying on them.
Privacy
Use of Google and YouTube data is governed by the YT-Tools Privacy Policy.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the project changes. The current version and revision date will remain available on this page.
